2023-24
In 2023–24, Brajkishore Netraheen Balika Vidyalaya continued its mission of empowering visually impaired girls through holistic education. Students engaged in yoga, cultural festivals, road safety and mobility training, health camps, and sustainability projects, building confidence and independence. Partnerships with institutions like XISS, MECON, and Shreshta Netra Chikitsalaya enriched learning, while the support of our donors ensured free schooling, residential care, and vocational training. Together, we are creating inclusive spaces and stronger futures.
2022-23
In 2022–23, Brajkishore Netraheen Balika Vidyalaya deepened its commitment to holistic and inclusive education for visually impaired girls. Highlights of the year included a cricket and meditation camp with Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, an oral health screening camp with RIMS Ranchi, and Jharkhand’s first Pragya Teacher Training with Vision Empower to enhance science and math learning through tactile and digital tools. With the continued support of our partners and donors, we move closer to our vision of education that nurtures both ability and aspiration.
